Friend is used when you need to make an assembly accessible only with the project. It 
is equivalent to Internal in C#. Actually its usage in Vb.Net is exactly opposite to 
its english meaning   Scenario: An assembly is under distribution in a enterprise. But 
our intention is to hide a particular class from the external world. Under such 
circumstances, we use this access modifiers.   Protected Friend: Again the usage of 
Friend and Protected in all sense means that this class can be accessed within this 
assembly only and that too by the derived classes.   Scenario: Implementition driven
