HI a.a in my project also we had the same type of situations how to access teh various 
n-tier components. well the various options are:
1.distributed:Create assemblies from the dll,and refer these assemblies in the 
corresponding pages.
2.inline:if yu r using inline assemblies just give the references.
3.RCW:if yu r using components out of dotnet framework just create the runtime 
wrappers and use in dotnet.
4.if yu think yur components can be deployed as services yu can go for webservices.
5.Remoting. The choice depends on yur requirements. 
Also You can Use patterns, on how the various will communicate    with regards
