Difference between IUSR_machinename account and ASPNET Account   IUSR_machinename is  
the anonymous account in ASP.NET. Because the ASP.NET is independent of IIS, this part 
remains the same for both ASP and ASP.NET, so the account remains the same it is the 
IUSR_machinename.  ASP.NET applications can run under Aspnet_wp.exe which is the 
hosting process in ASP.NET . By default, this worker process runs under an account 
called ASPNET, this is a special account created when you install ASP.NET   -Saravana
