I am not sure if I'll be able to help
you out since I use Crystal Reports 8.5. Can you zip the Access file
and send it? How did you link the Crystal Report to the Access database? If you
have connected to the Access database directly from within the Report, can you
let me know the path of the same on your system? Will do my best to help you
out.

The version of the Crystal report is :
PRODUCT:
4.6.1.0
CRW32 4.6.1.116
This comes bundled along with the Visual Studio 5.0
I am using an Access file which has all the DATA and the
same is represented in the report. Please check the attached
crystal report file. I don't know if I can send the Access file
too. I mean what is the size of file we r limited to
send......This Access file (.mdb) is in MB's....... So please
see if you get any clue with the report file alone......
