Since this is similar to what you are experiencing, please try increasing the timeout period at the virtual folder level. Steps: 1. Administrative tools -> Internet information services 2. Right-Click on the IIS virtual folder -> Properties 3. Click on configuration button 4. Goto options tab. 5. Set the Session timeout property to greater than 20 mins.
