Hi Naveen,   If u set Autogenerate Coloumns to True, ll the fields which u get in ur 
sql query, or all the coloumns which belongs to ur Data Table will be binded to ur 
Grid. By default it is True. The onle way to customise displaying the wanted coloumn 
in the Grid is by making the AutoGenerate Coloumns to False and adding all the 
required coloumns to the <asp:BoundColumn>.    The visible property exists for the 
Bound Coloumn and not for  AutoGenerateColoumns.   Regards, Dinesh.
