----------------------------------------------------------- From: laxman_b Message 3 in Discussion Hi you have to run dcomcnfg. . 1.Say 'dcomcnfg' on your command prompt or start >> run, click 'No' if you are prompted with any dialog boxes. 2.Go to the Applications Tab, and choose Microsoft Word Document,click on Properties, Microsoft Word App Properties will pop up. 3.Click on 'Identity' tab and select 'This user' radio button and give a administrative user account here (see screen shot attached) 4. Also go to the 'Security' tab and select 'Use Custom Access Permission' and 'Use Custom Launch Permission' and click on edit button.
