Hi Vipin , Check the Value and Text , which u are binding to the drop down list box.

listbox1.items.add("Zen") - --Why have u written this inside is not
postback().? This will not get fired when the page is posted back (if it is inside
"not ispostback()" ). Keep this code outside (inside "is postback()"). it will
work... if still ur problem is not solved, do paste ur code now.... -Dinesh.
