By default, here the Button Type is "LINK BUTTON TYPE". On the click of any row in the grid, I should be able to get text of the Link Button. I tried by, str = e.Item.Cells(0).Text... It is not working fine. But somehow, i was able to get the text by using <asp:TemplateColumn>.
