Hi,
 
I think that your 
files should come in a particular folder on a server.
If it is like that 
You can make one windows service in .net to keep watch on that folder. You can 
make use of FileSystemWatcher component of .Net in your service that would 
copy that file to the folder on another machine in network and delete your file 
from the server if required. You can configure your windows service to 
automatically start with the startup of your server.
 
Another machine on 
network should have one shared folder with Read/Write access and map that folder 
on one drive on your server. Now you can use File.Copy method to copy file on 
that mapped drive and after copying if you want to delete the file this can also 
be done.
