Hi Balaji you can do one thing and i think this is the best solution. just put yr all 
datagrid data in the dataset.  and the use the following code.in thhis code dsCourses 
is the name of DataSet. and tblcourses is the table name that you want to update.  
string sqlQuery = "select * from tblCourses"; 
SqlDataAdapter adptCourse = new SqlDataAdapter(sqlQuery,conEL); 
SqlCommandBuilder custCB = new SqlCommandBuilder(adptCourse); 
adptCourse.Update(dsCourses);  
dsCourses.AcceptChanges();  
i hope it help you.
