* What r the main diff'ces between Microsofts JScript and<o:p></o:p>

Netscape's Javascript.?<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

            JavaScript
was an original creation of Netscape. With its widespread usage, it came close
to a standard. Microsoft added goodies to JavaScript and thats Jscript. Well
that caused compatibility issues. So entered ECMA
European Computer Manufacturers Association, who took most of the common set
and published it as ECMAScript. Jscript today
is an implementation of this ECMAScript. Hope I did
not confuse you J<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

<![if !supportLists]>1-
<![endif]>How these differ Sytax wise.<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

Syntax wise
they are dead equal. Same I mean<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

<![if !supportLists]>2-
<![endif]>Which one suits MS.NET<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

If you are
talking about client side browser scripting, if you stick to common subset then
you it should work in both Netscape and IE<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

But wait, we
can write full fledged .NET Apps with Jscript with its Jscript.NET
implementation. There is no compiler today that could emit MSIL for a
JavaScript code. Fingers crossed.<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

3-If I know JavaScript How easily can I pick up JScript<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

                        Like
this. <snap/>. Heard the snap?<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

With ASP.NET <o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

4- How if i Know some
DHTML and some Look and Feel<o:p></o:p>

enhancing stuff 4 the website. <o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

                        Sorry
did not get what you want!!!<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

                     6-
Is E-Commerce loosing future scope?<o:p></o:p>

                                    <o:p></o:p>

                        Warning:
Answers could be very religious, personal etc<o:p></o:p>

                        ECommerce
as a concept is a gr8 thing and will stay. But yes if you are referring to all
those B2B, B2C, and C2C most of them without a good business model will soon
die like our T-Rex, but some will exist like our Mainframe cousins. Try
understanding the ASP Model Application Service Provider model and its
relation with eCommerce. I feel this combo would stay long.<o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

                     7- Is
this field really promising good Jobs? <o:p></o:p>

<o:p> </o:p>

J sorry someone else could answer better.<o:p></o:p>

Regards,<o:p></o:p>
