Hi,   I haven't quite done it. But I saw Microsoft folks demonstrating it in Win2003 
launch event. They could expose COM objects as web services. Not sure whether it is 
possible with managed components.    By the way the problem you describe is a perfect 
candidate for web service implementation. With little code tweaking you can expose 
your maths.dll as a web service and host it on Machine A and call this service from 
Machine B.   Hope it gives you some kind of direction to look on.   Thanks and Regards
