Hi

  Here are answers for your questions
  
        variables in the ets.h are #defined variables, not 
    managed type or value type, this kind of varibles are replaced at the time 
    of compilation, it doesnt get stored int the GC area of the memory so no 
    need of  protecting from garbage collection, so no need of boxing. 
    got it?

        The dll created is purely dotnet dll, its not a com dll or win32 dll so 
    no need to export any function or classes. to use this dll you will have to 
    add reference and imports namespaces....
