Hi Amir, Thanks for your suggestion, I tried with the following code thro' OleDB
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection con = new
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection("DSN=testdsn");
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand cmd = new System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand();
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbDataReader dr;
con.Open();
cmd.Connection = con;
cmd.CommandType = System.Data.CommandType.Text;
cmd.CommandText = "Select * from Orders";
dr = cmd.ExecuteReader();
but I get this error.. "An OLE DB Provider was not specified in the ConnectionString.
An example would be, 'Provider=SQLOLEDB;'. "
Is that above approach correct or any change is needed..? Thanx, Suki
