Hi, you can use ItemCreated event of Datagrid to do this. In ItemCreated event of
datagrid write the following code:
If e.ItemType = ListItemType.AlternatingItem or e.ItemType = ListItemType.Item Then
dim ddDropDownlist as New DropDownList()
'set dropdownlist properties here
e.Item.Cells("Your Cell Index here").Controls.Add(ddDropDownlist)
End if
