Hi Balaji,
            You can check your condition while binding data to the datagrid. For this 
you can use ItemDataBound event of DataGrid. 
Put following code under ItemDataBound Event of DataGrid. 
If e.Item.ItemType = ListItemType.AlternatingItem Or e.Item.ItemType = 
ListItemType.Item Then 
If "Your condition" Then 
     CType(e.Item.FindControl("Your drop down list id"), DropDownList).Visible=False
End If 
End If
