Hello Vipin,
It is hard for freshers to get an opening. Say it J2EE or Dot Net the condition for 
getting a job remains the same.. U need experience. 
IT Companies looking for freshers would never even expect that you should know DOT NET 
OR J2EE. Also very few companies look for guys with 1 yrs experience in DOT NET or 
J2EE.
Hence my tip for freshers would be to be a Jack of all trades(Languages) and also be a 
MASTER of one trade (one language as base - say C, for System Side programming or 
JAVA, for Application Programming). 

Do not lose hope and be focussed in your basics and general aptitude skills that r 
primary for any Fresher to get into the IT industry. 

U all must have put in so much of hardwork to graduate as an Engineer or as an MCA. Be 
patient and alert, YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET A BREAK.
