----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Imran Message 1 in Discussion Hello Vipin, It is hard for freshers to get an opening. Say it J2EE or Dot Net the condition for getting a job remains the same.. U need experience. IT Companies looking for freshers would never even expect that you should know DOT NET OR J2EE. Also very few companies look for guys with 1 yrs experience in DOT NET or J2EE. Hence my tip for freshers would be to be a Jack of all trades(Languages) and also be a MASTER of one trade (one language as base - say C, for System Side programming or JAVA, for Application Programming). Do not lose hope and be focussed in your basics and general aptitude skills that r primary for any Fresher to get into the IT industry. U all must have put in so much of hardwork to graduate as an Engineer or as an MCA. Be patient and alert, YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET A BREAK.
