Hi ,      Actually you didn't got my point. I wanted to say that check your login for 
value="" in the class where you are passing parameters to the stored procedure. If 
your value for the variable(you wanted to pass as NULL)="" then don't pass that 
parameter.i.e   If YourVariableName<>"" then    '        cmd.AddParameters   here Else 
'don't pass any parameter End If   BTW your stored procedure part is OK.   Regards,
