1. 
Create a project of output type dll. (assembly)
2. In 
your asp.net project add a reference to the assembly and import the class. 

Then 
you can use any functions in the class either static or member function by 
instantiating a the class object.

                I need to know how to create a dll file..
                 
                The dll file should contain a function and it should 
                take two values and add those values and the result to be 
                returned.
                 
                Then I want to create an ASP.NET page to access the 
                function in the dll file and get the result.
