Hi,   Have you tried to compile sample code snippet you have given?   Please Try 
creating interface which is private. Compiler will defintely give an error.   And also 
if you think logically what is use of private interface?  When we inherit a class from 
interface we implement methods defined in it.   If the interface is private you will 
just declare it but you will not be able to implement it anywhere. Why would you like 
to go for such situation? Same is case with making functions private in Interface.

   It is mentioned in section 3.5.1         Interface members implicitly have public 
declared accessibility. No access modifiers are allowed on interface member
