Here is my frank opinion.
 
Flash and dramweaver cannot enhance ur .net 
knowledge.
Flash has got a trmendous future, if u r good @ 
action script a unique type of script 
used.
 
Dreamweaver MX can be used as an editor for .NET. 
It can develop some codes.
 
If anybody knows any further details please respond 
to this mail.
