Hi Anand,
 
The basic thing with the web is that for the .JS file to execute, it has 
to first download on the client-side. 
 
So there is no point trying to prevent that unless you don't want to 
execute your JS, in which case, I don't see why you would have it in the page in 
the first place.
 
Basically for every .js request, the execution does not happen on the 
server-side. The file gets downloaded in the temporary internet files (or 
whichever folder depending on browser) and then executes on the 
client-side.
 
That is why you will not be able to block JS from coming to the 
client-side.
