Hi Pooran...

Thanks for your quick response.
However I do not have any other alternate as you
suggested.
I have everything in one form and need to show
this and also allow to update.
Everything is fine if i wont change country and
state combo and once this is changed I am
loosing the required password info.

I have tried with viewstate also but was in
vain.

Thanks,
Regards,
Shyam Upadhyaya

                Hi
                Sham,

You can put viewstate to best use
here.. however, I would suggest not to fix
this. Alternative could be to ask for uid/pwd on separate
form. once everything is correct, move to next form that does
country/state validations. That is the common norm followed in
                most of the websites

                Have a great day
                :)

                                Hi
                                anybody.............

                                I have a aspx
page with some textboxes and password fileds and
also combos (state and country) whenever I
change the country combo the respective states
gets loaded in other combo and all other typical
net textboxes will hold the previous value but
the password field is playing with me. it looses
its value when I change country
                                combo.

                                anybody with
                                fix?...

                                Regards,
