Great to get a response,
But
I think there shld be a solution out there somewhere.
I am
sure MS will not keep this bug open for a long time :)
Creating Projects not possible is very shameful :) and
asking to format is another similar thing :)
Lets
keep our hopes up...
thanks
Mahesh

                Hi
                Mahesh,

I don't suggest you do this.. I had the same
problem. I also searched everywhere .. no avail. Formatted my
                harddisk and reinstalled.
                        Have a great day
                :)

                                Hi,

                                VS.NET Professional 2002 is
                                driving me insane!

Whenever I try to
                                create a new Windows Application
                                project, it gives me the
following
                                error:

*The specified module could not be
                                found.*

I thought I might be able to get
around it by creating an Empty
                                Project and
adding a Windows Form to it.
VS creates the Project without a problem,
                                but
when I try to add a Windows Form to it,
it gives me the following error:

*Could
                                not run the "D:\Program Files\Microsoft
                                Visual
Studio.NET\VC#\CSharpProjectItems\..\CSharpAddWinFormWiz.vsz"
                                wizard.*

Here's what I found:

-
There are a bunch of subdirectories under
                                the
....\CSharpProjectItems\LocalProjectItems
folder, each with a .vsdir file,
but no .vsz
                                files
- The CSharpAddWinFormWiz.vsz file is
                                actually in the root of
                                the
...\CSharpProjectItems folder

I
have tried everything I can think of -
                                installing on different drives,
uninstalling
                                everything .NET related, installing with
                                different minimal
options but nothing seems
to work. (I am running Windows 2000
                                SP2.)

The only version I have ever
installed is the .NET SDK v1.0.3705 which
corresponds with the version in the About
                                box.

Any help would be
                                appreciated!

                                Thanks
                                Mahesh
