Eg., document.form1.hidType.value="Test" and then immediately, document.form1.submit(); In code behind , i'm checking the value of hidType="Test" or not and would like to do something. But while assigning the value to hidden variable is giving me an error saying that the "document.form1.hidType" is null or not an object.
