Hello Govind,   You can configure Network Load balancing (NLB) across the web server 
machines to set up web server clustering.   In the NLB configuration you can specify a 
single IP address for the servers which forms the cluster. The end user can connect to 
any of the servers using this IP adddress.   Once setup, the NLB cluster will 
determine the web server to which an incoming request to the common IP address is 
transaferred.   For more information refere to :
