Hi Vipin, 
Your  answer for 2nd question is already answered as of the 1st one here is the 
solution. Either rename the file to index.aspx as you mentioned, or use a index.htm to 
call the webform1.aspx file. 
Only premium members or paid users get to use web.config, global.asax, etc. If you are 
a free user you should not upload these files as they overide settings or brinkster. 
If this does not work, edit the asp.net page in the website and check for the instance 
or inheritance (i guess..) keyword, mostly on the 1st line. Remove this part of the 
line alone. 
More info is in the site FAQ this may also be handy.
