The problem might not just be sessions, it could be some piece of code/logic in your program that is making the session go bust. Are you redirecting the user to a different website (even localhost and your system name are different sites!)? Are you opening a pop-up window (if opened in a certain way, your session information will not be carried over), etc. Check this part. Probably you can try pinning which page it is that you lose the session. Or probably, you could time how long the session is active and see if there is a pattern there.
