Hi,   Where have you declared dataset? if you have declared it as public, how have you 
declared it, check the declaration.   Other point which is to be observed is, in the 
line that is causing error, you are accessing the table collection by name rather than 
accessing it by position i.e myDataset.Tables("0").Rows(0).Item(I) = CDbl(ColValue)  
it should have been myDataset.Tables(0).Rows(0).Item(I) = CDbl(ColValue) cauz if you 
give 0 with in quotes it will be treated as a name. This might also be a problem. 
Cross check these things and let me know the result.   HTH, San
