yup you are right about it being 
disconnected - after the call the closest data structure that can represent the 
info is a collection type which doesnt have much to do with teh real 
win32_service object itself. So changing things there doesnt really change 
anything.
(atleast that my understanding for now - 
data members dont work like .net style get/set properties)
