Hi , I have a custom validator that checks if the username entered is unique. If the
username is not unique I am setting server ServerValidateEvents object's is valid
property to false and not making a database entry. I return to the form with an
appropiate message. But when I change the username to something which is unique ,the
custom validator returns me back with the error message. Strangly enough, if I once
again click the button with the old values, the code works correctly. To debug I
printed the value that is entering the validator sub, it does not take the changed
value for the first time ( and returns the message) but for the second time it
correctly takes the value. I am surely missing out some thing. Could some one point
me out. Thanks in advance. Regards, Suman Mukherjee
