Hi gags,   Agreed on that CLR is not tied to any single application.   I have just 
found out that CLR is actually implemented as a COM Server. So, CLR Hosting means that 
it's our application (i.e., our windows process) that hosts the CLR. This means that 
the CLR is loaded into our process space. So each application will be the host for a 
single CLR. Hence if two applications are loaded, two CLR's would have been hosted.
