Hi Balaji   Try this query, check the syntax though   1. As already submitted by Tej 
use substring to split the string 2. Check the value of the substring to the value of 
the Field_2 in a loop using the query below     select Field_2 from Table_x where 
Field_2 like '%45,%' or  '%,45%' 3. If return count if >0 then value already exists.
