Hi, 
 
The object based programming makes use of objects 
but are not truly object oriented programming since 
it doesn't generally support inehritance, polymorphism 
etc. Most of the object based prgramming though support abstraction and 
other features of object oriented programming. 
 
Object Oriented programming supports all the OOPS 
concept such as abstraction, inheritance, polymorphism etc.
