Krishna,
I would suggest you to use any Versioning systems like Microsoft's VSS[Visual Source
Safe] or Open source CVS [Concurrent Versioning System] for
development. You can keep different verisons in different folders and
merge while you have to integrate. I would also suggest using good
merging tools like Priced version of Beyond Compare, or Open source
product Winmerge.
