Hi 
Balajee,
 
    Get the values of the 
db column
    
Split the values in the db column into an array list, say 
ar1
    Split the values that you have from the 
textbox, say ar2
    Compare them one item in ar2 to one in 
ar1. 
    If found match,
        check 
recursively for the second item in ar2 and third item in ar2 
..etc
    else 
        next 
column
    end if
    Use generic function that will have 
signature something like 
        DoesValueExists(int 
ItemToCheck, arraylist ArrayListFromColumn)
