Hi Suman,

Just add this code in the aspx file(html) where the Datagrid code is
<Columns>
                                        <asp:TemplateColumn HeaderText="Update">
                                                <ItemTemplate>
                                                        <asp:Checkbox id="Checkbox1"
runat="server" Visible="true"></asp:Checkbox>
                                                </ItemTemplate>
                                        </asp:TemplateColumn>
-- then follows the other Template columns.

And in the code behind...(aspx.vb)
you can check whether the check box is checked or unchecked.

Dim chk As CheckBox = CType(DataGrid1.Items.Item(I).FindControl("Checkbox1"), CheckBox)

            If chk.Checked = True Then
                  -- Delete statement.......
            End if

Hope this will meet your requirement......

If you need more abt let me know....

Balaji
