I create DTS package in Enterprse Manager-->All
Task
-->Export Data
I specify the path
and store it in excel file. That file I had copied into server.

Ramesh,
As Srinivas said why do u copy the DTS package into your c
drive.
Just create the package on your server......
Let me know how do you create the DTS Package..
