You do that and u'll c for urself that it will help you. But there is also the effort 
that u put in that matters. When u say that many topics & terms r used that u assume 
,the first thing is u need to make a mental note of it and get back and try and get as 
much as details about them as possible. And the people are here to help you with 
whatever questions u have. This is one of the best places where u can get loads of 
information and exposure to .NET. Use it. its like an encyclopedia waiting to be used. 
It all depends on how much of it u want to use. And as for RM.NET dont ever say that u 
r there for namesake. If u feel that way immediately tell the person concerned and ask 
for more work. Infact u can try doing the existing modules by urself to learn more and 
ask their help if needed. This is a user based group. You have to interact with the 
managers. So this way u r learnin more than just .NET.
