Dear friend,

The problem is the ASPNET user may not have the Permission to accession the 
directory.

One Solution is

Open ur IIS manager, Right Click on the "Default Web Site"  get into 
"Properties", Get into "Directory Securities". Click "Edit" and check 
"Anonymous Access" and click ok.

Second Solution is

Open Property of the directory and Security tab,
Click Add Select the user and click "Add"
Select the user and give full control.

Click ok

With this i think your problem will be solved.
