Hi
Instead of reading th csv files into streamReader. What I would suggest is read the
Csv files into a data Set and then make use of dataset to do ur validations or other
stuffs.
Belows is the code for conversion from csv file to Dataset

OleDbConnection csvConn = new OleDbConnection(provider +
"Data Source=" + pathFile + ";" +
"Extended Properties=\"text;HDR=YES;FMT=Delimited\"");
OleDbDataAdapter csvDa = new OleDbDataAdapter("SELECT * FROM " + fileName ,csvConn);
Make use of the csvDa (Data Adapter) --> populate them to a DataSet and make use of
the dataset.......
Note: remember to use oledb not sqlclient
