Hi, You can set enable formauthentication for your application and allow
unauthenticated users to access registeration page only.You can do this with
<Location> tag option in web.config file. Using this you can set autorization setting
for a particular file or for particular web
folder. For example you refer the following code

<system.web>
<autorization>
<allow users="*"
</autorization>
</system.web>
</location>
