In that case in the visual studio IDE, Go to Debug -> Processes. Select the aspnet_wp.exe in the list of Available Processes, and Click Attach. In the resultant window Select "Common Language Runtime" and "Script" ( if you want to debug the script also ). Press Ok and then Close. The visual studio IDE will come in the Debugging mode. See if it works for you.
