hi preethi, for adding javascript at server side, you have can achive as;
Response.Write("<script>------ write your script here--------</script> or
YourServerControl.Attributes.add("Property","javascript code") eg;
MyTextBox.Attributes.add("OnBlur","alert(''+this.value)")
