Hi Vivek,
    Do you want to store the complete database info at application level? That is not 
a good idea! I would suggest that you carefully analyze again and keep only frequently 
used database tables and keep them in cache.
    Coming to the solution... 
1. Create a new web page in the web application and in class file, inherit 
System.Web.UI.Page and in this create all get methods for the cache object. For 
convenience, lets put it as webCache.aspx
2. Make sure that all pages that need this cache object inherit this page 
[webCache.aspx]. 
3. Then create one aspx page that inherits this page [webCache.aspx] and write code 
for initializing the cache objects. Run this page, first time when you run the 
application.
