Hi Satheesh,   As mentioned by Sayad the syntax when you are working with Oracle will 
be different. Different datasource providers have different conventions and usage. For 
instance the "@" (at symbol) has a special meaning in Oracle and cannot be 
interchanged with SQL Server.   This is by design and wrt other datasources, there can 
be differences the way the dataprovider exposes its API. For instance the OLEDB 
provider for Oracle from MS is different from the one provided by Oracle. The methods 
parameters change a bit ...    So if you have a feeling to implement a single source 
code for both the data providers then this is not possible like this.   HTH, Vinod
