In ideal scenario the hour glass should appear when there is a process in progress and disappear upon completion. But in our system, intermittently the hour glass appears even when a process has been completed. Also there is no proper sequence to repeat the above stated problem. The versions of IE used are: 5.0 with SP2 We would like to know why this problem persists.
