create a class that extends System.Web.Services.WebService
ex:
AWebService.cs
using System;
using System.Web.Services;
namespace SomeNamespace
{
[WebService()]
public class AWebService : System.Web.Services.WebService
{
[WebMethod]
public string HelloWorld()
{
return "Hello";
}
}
}

compile this class into a dll.
now create a text file add following line:

<%@ WebService Language="c#"  Class="SomeNamespace.AWebService" %>

save file as asmx file say MyService.asmx

now u can use this file along with ur dll
