Hi Krishna,
It is not clear that the application is a winform or webform.. If it is webform,
and if you are using pop up for creating new company, before closing refresh the
parent form. If it is winform write a method in parent form to reload the form details
and call this from the form that is open, on click of save/create that closes that
window.
